Role Description

Del Zotto Concrete is seeking a hardworking and reliable Production Laborer to support our concrete production team. This role helps with the production, finishing, handling, and preparation of concrete products while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the production and finishing of concrete products
• Prepare forms, molds, and work areas for concrete pouring
• Pour, spread, level, and smooth concrete as needed
• Remove excess concrete and clean finished surfaces
• Assist with installing production elements such as steel plates, anchor bolts, reinforcements, and related components
• Apply sealants, hardening agents, or other finishing materials when required
• Remove products from forms or molds once cured
• Clean, maintain, and organize tools, equipment, and production areas
• Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely
• Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and staging materials
• Follow all safety procedures and company production standards
• Report equipment issues, material concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines

Qualifications:

• Previous concrete, construction, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, stand, and work in a physically active environment
• Comfortable working outdoors or in a production setting
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and construction materials is a plus
